3. Reporting:
- Maintain hiring data regularly.
- 常规的招聘数据维护。
- Maintain hiring reports regularly, to ensure KPI is monitored.
- 常规的招聘关键指标报告与监控。
- Other reports required by management.
- 管理层交办的其他报告。
4. Others:
- Monitor the change trend of labor market, collect and report the changes on time.
