工作职责 Major responsibilities
- 负责招聘活动;
-负责内外部人员的入职离职情况;
-负责员工合同续订和资格审查;
-为不同的人力资源流程/项目提供不断改进的支持;
-落实人力资源政策和程序,解答员工相应地咨询;
-整合目前人力资源团队的月度报告,包括HC,流转等;
-可随时生成报告以便进行人力资源分析;
-根据需要整合组织结构图;
-直线经理分配的其他任务。
Major responsibilities
- Recruitment activities;
-Coordinate internally & externally for employee on-boarding & exit process;
- In charge of employee contract renewal and probation review;
- Support in ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned;
-Implement HR policies & procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly;
-Consolidate the monthly report for Field HR team, including HC, turnover, etc;
-Generate reports to support HR analysis whenever needed;
- Consolidate the org-chart upon needs;
-Other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求
- 基本要求Basic Qualification
-教育程度 Education:本科及以上学历。
-工作经验 Work Experience:具有2年以上跨国公司人力资源专员工作经验可优先招聘。
-语言能力:英文(书面及口语)Language skill: English (Written & Oral):良好的口语和书面表达能力,包括中文和英文。

-良好的沟通能力和团队意识
-良好的分析技巧,专注细心
-具有高度自主和终身学习的品质
-具有管理多项任务并按时完成的能力,能够独立工作。
Qualifications
- 基本要求Basic Qualification
- 教育程度 Education: Bachelor Degree or above.
-工作经验 Work Experience: 2+ year MNC HR specialist experience, strong in Recruiting preferred.
-语言能力:英文(书面及口语)Language skill: English (Written & Oral): Good spoken & written English and Chinese.

- Good communication skills and good teamwork.
- Good analytic skill, attention to detail.
-High self-initiative and willing to learn and stretch.
Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, Able to work
independent.
