Responsibilities:
职责:
Accept and assess the quality information from other Dept., judge the influence for the field
and social;
接收并评估各部门报警的质量信息,判断对售后及社会的影响;
Collect after-sales quality information from social and judge the influence;
收集外部相关质量信息,判断对售后及社会的影响;
Lead to do investigation for the significant quality issues;
针对重大质量问题牵头组织进行问题调查;
Provide the suggestion of field campaign according to the result of investigation, and organize to
Carry out the field campaign;
根据质量问题调查的结果给出市场行动建议,并组织推进执行。
Lead to organize the recall issues;
牵头组织重大质量问题的召回工作;
Prepare and execute recall & field campaign, coordinate with related Dept. to ensure activity can be in smooth process.
组织召回/市场服务活动的准备事项,安排实施并跟踪市场服务活动执行,确保市场活动按要求执行
Make communication with related government Dept. for field quality issues.
针对售后质量问题与相关政府部门沟通。
Academy Requirements:
学历要求:
Engineering college or higher degree preferably with a major in Electrical, Mechanical,
Automotive engineering and related.
本科及以上学历, 电子、机械、汽车工程和相关专业优先
Working Experience Requirements:
工作经验要求:
At least 5 years work experience in auto industry. Familiar with after sales issue resolving and improvement process will be preferred.
5年以上汽车行业质量工作经验,熟悉整车售后质量处理及改善流程者优先。
Familiar with recall process.
熟悉国家召回流程
Familiar with TS16949 management system, fluent user of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA quality tools.
熟悉TS16949体系、熟练掌握APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA质量管理工具。
