Responsibility:
? 设计符合蔚来特色的组织诊断、个人绩效评估产品工具,并能基于工具的实际运营和用户反馈,持续系统性升级改进产品 Design organizational diagnosis/individual evaluation products that fit NIO’s culture and values; Upgrade the products based on user feedback in systematical ways
? 能基于对用户的分析,设计合理的产品沟通方案,独立完成/带领团队完成内部的方案传播 Design communication approaches based on user analysis, and can implement user communication independently/via team work
? 对产品数字化有一定的理解,能与技术团队配合完成产品数字平台的开发 Has common sense of digital product design, and can collaborate with technical team to complete product development
Experience Requirements
? 2-3年HR咨询经验/3-5年公司HR工作经验,负责/深度参与过公司绩效管理、组织诊断相关的项目 2-3 years’ HR consulting experiences/3-5 years’ corporate HR experiences; Has led/participated in performance management, organizational diagnosis projects
? 数据敏感,能独立使用Excel/SPSS等数据处理软件分析数据、撰写结果报告 Is able to analyze data via Excel/SPSS software to generate reports
? 沟通和组织协调能力佳,能与跨部门不同专业伙伴在不确定环境下实现高效协同 Has great communication and organizing ability, and is able to co-work with partners from diverse backgrounds under changing environment
? 对创新性研发组织、个人评价和发展工具有兴趣、有热情,能在压力下持续推动结果 Has passion to create organizational diagnosis/individual evaluation tools from zero to one, and can drive results under pressure
