JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 协调各方资源,建立CMQ (Current Model Quality)整体流程和CMQ问题处理流程。
Cooperate with cross-functional team to establish CMQ overall process and CMQ issue resolution process.
2. 建立CMQ问题管理系统,提高各系统之间的联系,高效的获取数据。
Establish CMQ issue management system, connect the system to different information system and gain information with high efficiency.
3. 梳理CMQ问题来源,通过Issue Code进行问题分类,通过问题间的链接管理问题频次。
Define CMQ issue source, use issue code methodology to categorize issues, and use the link between different issues to manage issue frequency.
4. 建立问题定义所需要的数据,并建立获取这些数据的途径。
Collect MUST HAVE data for issue definition, and establish the data collection method.
5. 建立CMQ系统与NIO Debug系统之间的联系,以及NIO Debug问题导入机制。
Establish the connection between CMQ system and NIO Debug system, setup the NIO Debug issue input standard.
6. 使用8D等方法规范CMQ的问题处理过程,使用8D的理念对问题进行管控。
Use Global 8D methodology to regularize CMQ issue resolution process and control issues.
7. 定义TOP问题的标准,通过系统梳理TOP问题的状态,建立报警机制,监控QAT的工作,及时捕捉QAT在问题处理过程中的不足。
Define TOP issue standard, use system to manage TOP issue status, establish the warning process to monitor the QAT working process. Quickly catch the weakness of QAT issue resolution process and solve the problem.
8. 设定数据监控机制,通过分类统计,找出团队的薄弱之处,推动团队迅速提高问题的分析处理能力。
Establish the data monitoring process. Using data statistic to find out weakness of the team and pushing the whole team to improve.
9. 建立CMQ问题Lesson Learn机制,推动工程设计及制造过程持续改进。
Establish the CMQ issue lesson learn process, to improve new model design and manufacturing process.
10. 建立售后指标体系,包括TGW, R/1000, CPU等,持续改进并提高各项指标。
Establish the after sale quality indicator, including TGW, R/1000, CPU, etc. Execute the continuous improvement for those indicators.
11. 建立与外部调研机构的关系,包括JD Power等,提高客户满意度。
Connect to outsource investigation institution, such as JD Power, to improve customer satisfaction.
12. 建立客户体验类的问题的推进及解决流程。
Establish customer experience issue resolution process.
13. 建立产品在前期的不断改善机制。
Establish the continuous improvement for vehicle quality in early design stage.
PREREQUISITES
a. Education: Bachelor, engineering degree
b. Work Experience: 10 years and above
c. English (Written & Oral): Fluent
d. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Project proficient is highly appreciated)
e. Drive license: 5 year and above
f. Great communication skills
g. Willing to travel at high frequency
h. Can work under pressure
