Responsibilities & Tasks
- Timely reconcile intercompany transaction balance with relevant stake holders, follow up and clear aging AR & AP transactions.
- Prepare expense allocation / adjustment journals, ensure accounting book in accordance with pre-established deadlines as well as Group and local rules.
- Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Provide account analysis report related to Intercompany accurately and on time (Goods in transit, Services, Revenues, Interco group report, etc.)
- Communicate properly and efficiently to internal and external intercompany inquiries.
- Assist internal and external audit
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives and support group simplification and standardization of finance processes
- Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures
Education/Experience
- Bachelor with major in Finance & Accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant shared service center accounting experience, preferably in a MNC environment
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet deadline for closing and able to work under pressure
- Highly initiative person to drive effective communication with other Finance functions and other departments
- Good PC skill, especially in Excel, SAP Knowledge is plus
