Motorcycle Industry Management Trainee (Product/Marketing Focus)

Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of the motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, including identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, and contributing to the product roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design new motorcycle models, considering factors such as performance, features, aesthetics, and pricing.
Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and events.
Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to promote our motorcycles.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and Ｏnline content.
Support the coordination of product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor and analyze market and sales data to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated Ｏn industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
Assist in managing relationships with dealers and distributors, providing marketing support and addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales training materials and support sales activities when necessary.
Complete assigned training programs, workshops, and projects as part of the management trainee program.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
- Previous sales or technical experience within the motorcycle or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong passion for motorcycles and electric motorcycles, with in-depth technical knowledge of different models, components, and performance characteristics.
- Study abroad experience, preferably in a country with a significant motorcycle market, demonstrating cultural adaptability and a global perspective.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical information to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, design concepts, and manufacturing processes related to motorcycles and electric motorcycles.
- Proficient in using technical software and tools for analysis, design, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish ×××itive relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills acquired through study abroad experience are highly desirable.
