Design and coordinate an electrical fastening concept(Loch- und Bolzenwolke) in alignment with EK and EF Request part numbers for new parts, documents, etc. CAD Data management – overview about the routing/packaging zones, DMU control table, draft and release table Distribution and transfer of the required (DMU) data to relevant interfaces Track project execution at the supplier, determine and communicate deviations from plans, lead OPL and provide required information Checking compliance with the specifications and releasing the documents/data/documentation to be created by the supplier in accordance with BT-LAH (e.g. AEMs, DMU data, cross-sectional topology, etc.) Store technical deliveries from the supplier (including correspondence), distribute necessary project documentation to other VW departments Organise and ensure regular communication with suppliers and project members Create change requests in AVON for electrical systems changes, create meaningful documents, request appropriate change requests (Bordnetz AEM) from the development supplier and lead requests to numbering Control and approve change requests (Bordnetz AEM) from the supplier Track project execution at the supplier, determine and communicate deviations from plans, lead OPL and provide required Reporting the status in the regularly Simultaneous Engineering Team (SET) meetings for Hut and Platform Definition of the package- and installation-relevant requirements for wiring harness, fastening elements, grommets, cable channels, covers, etc. in the context of wiring system development Compile requirements at component level in a requirement specification (LAH) or specification based Ｏn the current templates Package of control units and components according to the valid job splits in the vehicle, taking into account the specific framework conditions and the currently valid specifications and standards Coordinate the responsible routing paths with the departments involved (body, interior, powertrain, chassis, EMC, etc.) Support in the assembly and commissioning of prototype and pre-series vehicles in cooperation with the prototype building and the pilot hall Cooperation with quality assurance (safety of use) and production to ensure product quality and assembly process Evaluate concept designs (during concept development)
