电芯高级经理 Cell Senior Manager

岗位主要职责 Main Responsibilities

1.负责评估电芯供应商，管控供应商数据提供进度以及数据审核；

Be responsible for evaluating cell suppliers, controlling supplier data provision progress and data audit

2.负责电池性能评估及异常分析；

Responsible for battery performance evaluation and abnormal analysis

3.负责行业调研和电芯性能对标分析；

Responsible for Industry Research and cell performance benchmarking analysis

4.从用户体验/整车性能/电池系统性能出发提出电芯目标，并提供电芯方案；

From the user experience / vehicle performance / battery system performance, the core objective is pro×××ed and the core plan is provided

5.协助公司的内部、外部体系审核工作，并和客户进行技术交流

Assist the company's internal and external system audit, and conduct technical communication with customers

6.负责公司电芯技术战略规划，并执行和跟踪战略规划的落地实施；

Be responsible for the strategic planning of the company's cell technology, and implement and track the implementation of the strategic planning;

7.根据电池系统性能指标定义电芯需求，审核电芯规格，评估测试数据，并向项目团队推荐电芯方案

Develop cell requirements based Ｏn battery system performance targets，review specifications, evaluate testing data, and to make recommendation of cell solutions to project team

8.进行电芯测试与对标分析，以确定新的技术和电芯产品来提升电池系统的性能、寿命和安全性

Conduct cell testing and benchmarking to identify new technologies and cell products for battery system performance, life, and safety improvements

9.电芯应用特性研究和电芯逆向分析

Research Ｏn application characteristics of cell and reverse analysis of cell

10.建立和验证电芯模型以支持性能和寿命估计

Build and validate cell level models to support performance and life estimations

11.动力电芯产品和技术开发过程中技术难题的解决，方案制定和实施

Solving technical problems in the process of power cell product and technology development, scheme formulation and implementation

12.团队日常管理工作，团队专业能力标准规范体系建设

Daily management ofteam，construction of team professional competence standard and specification system.

?任职资格 Candidate Qualifications

1.化学、电化学、材料科学或相关领域工程学位，8年以上行业工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验

Engineering degree in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, or related fields with 5 years industry experien and 3 years team management experience

2.擅长使用办公软件及数据分析软件，熟悉APQP产品开发流程

Good at using office software and data analysis software, familiar with APQP product development process

3.熟悉锂离子电池的设计开发流程，能主导研发项目及项目管理者优先；

Familiar with the design and development process of lithium ion battery, able to lead R & D projects and project management is preferred;

4.具有不同化学成分与尺寸规格的锂离子电芯的工作知识，熟悉锂离子动力电池的测试设备、测试程序和国际标准

Working knowledge of lithium-ion cell with difference chemistries and form factor,familiar with testing equipment, testing procedures, and international standards applicable to lithium-ion traction batteries

5.有团队精神，良好的沟通能力，责任心强，自我驱动性强，倾向不断扩充业务范围，抗压能力、学习能力强Team spirit, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong self driving, inclined to continuously expand business scope, strong pressure resistance and learning ability
